Refund policy
At Iconic Prints, all products are personalized and custom-made using customer-uploaded photos, names, text, designs, and customization details.
Because every product is made specially for the customer, we do not accept returns and we do not provide refunds once production has started. Customized products cannot be reused, resold, or restocked.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for personalized products, including but not limited to:
- Personalized photo prints
- Polaroid-style prints
- Photo frames
- Posters
- Gift bundles
- Custom-size photo prints
- Any product made using customer-uploaded photos or details
No Refund Policy
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Customer changed their mind after placing the order
- Customer uploaded the wrong photo
- Customer uploaded fewer photos than required
- Customer uploaded blurry, dark, cropped, compressed, or low-resolution photos
- Customer expected editing, retouching, background change, face correction, or preview approval
- Customer entered wrong address, phone number, email, or customization details
- Delivery delay caused by courier, weather, festivals, holidays, incorrect address, or customer unavailability
- Minor color difference due to screen display, lighting, photo quality, or printing process
Eligible Issues
We will support the customer only if the issue is from our side, such as:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Printing mistake from our side
- Packing mistake from our side
- Missing item in the order
Issue Reporting Time
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, the customer must email us with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Clear photos or video of the packaging
- Description of the issue

Resolution
If the issue is verified and confirmed from our side, we may provide one of the following resolutions depending on the case:
- Replacement
- Reprint
- Correction
- Store credit
- Partial refund only when applicable
Full refunds are not guaranteed and will be provided only if Iconic Prints confirms that the issue cannot be resolved through replacement, reprint, or correction.
Lost Orders
If an order is lost during courier transit, we will review the tracking status with the courier partner. Once the shipment is confirmed lost, we may remake and resend the order.
The remake process may take additional processing time before dispatch.
Incorrect Photo Delivery
If a customer receives an incorrect photo or another customer's photo by mistake, the customer must inform us immediately.
After verification, we will arrange a correction, replacement, or reprint for the affected item. This does not automatically qualify the entire order for a full refund.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for uploading correct, clear, high-quality photos and accurate order details before production starts.
Once production starts, changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds may not be possible.
