Personalized Products

Our products are made using customer-uploaded photos, text, and customization details. Customers are responsible for uploading the correct photos and information for their order.

Photo Quality

Print quality depends on the quality of the uploaded image. Blurry, dark, cropped, compressed, or low-resolution photos may print the same way. For best results, upload clear, high-resolution JPG or JPEG photos.

No Editing Included

Editing, retouching, background change, photo correction, face correction, cropping requests, and preview approval are not included by default unless clearly mentioned or agreed before production.

Photo Upload

Customers must upload photos according to the selected pack quantity or product requirement. Delays or incomplete uploads may delay production and delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and receipt of all required photos and details. We may contact customers for missing information when needed.

Pricing and Availability

Product prices, offers, shipping charges, and availability may change without prior notice. The final price is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location, weather, festivals, local restrictions, or operational issues.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, email address, shipping address, PIN code, and customization details. Iconic Prints is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

Intellectual Property and Content

Customers should upload only photos or content they have the right to use. By uploading content, customers confirm they have permission to print it for personal use.
