Iconic Prints products are personalized and made using customer-uploaded photos. Because each order is custom-made, returns, cancellations, and refunds are limited once production has started.
Eligible Issues
Please contact us if you receive:
- A damaged product
- The wrong product
- A product with a printing or packing mistake from our side
- An order that is missing an item
How to Report an Issue
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Claims shared after this period may be harder to verify.
Not Eligible for Refund or Return
- Low-quality print caused by blurry, dark, cropped, or low-resolution uploaded photos
- Wrong photos uploaded by the customer
- Customer changed mind after production started
- Incorrect address or phone number entered by the customer
- Delays caused by late photo upload or incomplete customization details
- Editing, retouching, background change, or preview expectations not agreed before order processing
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Once printing, framing, packing, or customization begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Replacement or Resolution
If the issue is confirmed from our side, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
