Where do I upload photos?

After checkout, you will receive photo upload instructions through the available order contact details such as email, SMS, or WhatsApp where technically available.

How many photos should I upload?

Please upload photos according to your selected product or pack quantity. For example, if you choose an 18-photo pack, upload 18 photos.

Can I upload photos after ordering?

Yes. The usual flow is: place order, receive upload instructions, upload photos, then production begins.

Which photo format should I upload?

JPG or JPEG photos are recommended for best compatibility and print results.

Are my photos safe?

Your photos are used only for processing and printing your order. We do not sell customer photos.

Will I get a preview before printing?

No preview is included by default. We print using the photos uploaded by the customer unless a special preview service is clearly mentioned or agreed before production.

Is editing included?

No. Editing, retouching, background change, photo correction, and face correction are not included by default.

When will I receive my order?

Processing usually takes 24 to 48 hours after complete photo upload. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch depending on location and courier movement.

Can I get faster delivery?

Express or urgent support may be available for selected locations and may require extra charges. Contact us before ordering if you need urgent delivery.

What happens if I upload fewer photos?

If fewer photos are uploaded than required, production may be delayed while we wait for the remaining photos or clarification.

What if I upload the wrong photos?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, changes may not be possible.
